Annual Carp Fishing Comp 2023
Our 2023 Comp was a Fantastic weekend, thanks to everyone who helped us achieve this. Tomasz Pawlus came in Orange first at 11.3 kg a mere .5 kg below the record set in 2008, another Tomasz second at 9.6 kg and Sebastian Siddons at 3rd with 9.4 kg. Little Chelsea Slater was Junior winner with a proud mum Rachel!
A total of 335 kg of Carp were pulled out of the lake. Doug, Pinny and Dottie went around selling muffins and promoting the food tent. Cheers Len, Louise & Bob. Not to mention the hard work feeding everyone and keeping the good cheer going by Ingrid and Sherri.

The Trust is very grateful for the generous donation from Michael who cares for the turtles. Also a special thanks to Laurie who donated the price rods and show bags. And not to mention all our volunteer helpers, including Darren Butler, Kate Stuart, Jo, Harry and Pinni.
